§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the JustFin service, a WhatsApp-based finance portal for managing expenses and income, operated by Alexander Angierski, Altpieschen 11b, 01127 Dresden, Germany.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion

(1) The contract for the use of JustFin is concluded by registration upon invitation and confirmation of the email address.

(2) By registering, the user accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Privacy.

(3) There is no minimum contract period.

§ 3 Scope of Services

JustFin offers the following features:

• Recording of expenses and income via WhatsApp
• Automatic AI-powered categorization
• Financial overviews and statistics
• Receipt and invoice management
• Budget tracking and savings goals
• Export functions

The scope of services may be expanded or adjusted at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users.

§ 4 User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Not provide false information during registration
• Keep their access data confidential
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not transmit malware or harmful content
• Not violate the rights of third parties

§ 5 Privacy

(1) The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Privacy.

(2) All financial data is treated confidentially and not sold to third parties.

(3) The use of AI services (OpenAI) and communication services (Twilio) is required for functionality. See Privacy Policy for details.

§ 6 Availability

(1) We strive for high availability of the service, but cannot guarantee it.

(2) Maintenance work will be announced when possible.

(3) We are not liable for outages due to force majeure or third-party providers (WhatsApp, hosting).

§ 7 Liability

(1) We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health.

(2) In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

(3) The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter. JustFin does not provide tax or financial advice.

§ 8 Termination

(1) The user can terminate their account at any time by:

• Using the deletion function in the account area

(2) After termination, all user data will be deleted according to the Privacy Policy.

(3) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in case of violation of these Terms.

§ 9 Changes to Terms

(1) We reserve the right to change these Terms.

(2) Changes will be communicated to the user by email.

(3) The changes are deemed approved if the user does not object within 4 weeks of receiving the change notification. This consequence will be specifically noted in the change notification.

§ 10 Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

(3) The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Dresden, if the user is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
